This site meets Priority 3 guidelines and as such can be accessed easily by users with accessibility problems.
Microsoft Internet Explorer [Text Size]
If you are using Internet Explorer, go to the menu at the top of the browser window and select “View”. Then from the list of options, select “Text Size”. You will see a side menu open up from which you can select the text size you wish to use. Alternatively go to “Tools” followed by “Internet Options” and select “Accessibility.” Then put a tick in the first three boxes to ignore colours, font styles and font sizes on web pages. After you have done this click “Ok.” The page will then show with all graphics removed and in black and white.
Firefox [Text Size]
If you are using Firefox, go to the menu at the top of the browser window and select “View”. Then from the list of options, select “Text Size”. You will see a side menu open up from which you can select the size you wish to use. Firefox also allows the text size to be changed with keyboard shortcuts:
- Press Ctrl and + to increase the size
- Press Ctrl and - to decrease the size
- Press Ctrl and 0 to go back to the default size
Apple Mac [Text Size]
For a computer using a Macintosh operating system:
- Press Cmd and + to increase the size
- Press Cmd and - to decrease the size
- Press Cmd and 0 to go back to the default size
Navigation using the TAB key
The tab key elements are set to run starting at the Accessibility Help link at the very top left of the page.
They will then run down the page through the main navigation, down the left, centre and right columns and then across the bottom navigation.
If there are embedded videos on the page these will be the last elements in the tab order.

Windows Internet Explorer 7 users can press “ALT” plus the listed access key then release the keys and press "Enter."
Windows Internet Explorer 6 users can press “ALT” plus the listed access key plus "Enter."
Macintosh users can press “Control” plus the listed access key plus "Enter." You will then be taken to the page.
